Jumoke Aleoke – Malachi (JAM) as she is fondly called, is a seasoned Human Resources practitioner with a wealth of experience spanning over a decade of interfacing with CEOs, HR Leaders, and Hiring Managers, across Talent Management, Career Development, Emotional Intelligence, Learning, Organizational Culture, Agile Mindset, and Employee Engagement. She is passionate about the ways continuous Employee Engagement can boost productivity, as well as Building Agile and Enabling Organizational Cultures.
